摘  要:选用VAE胶粉、丙烯酸胶粉、丁苯胶粉、聚乙烯醇胶粉研究了可再分散胶粉种类和用量对速凝型防水堵漏材料凝结时间、抗折性能、抗压性能、粘结性能、抗渗性能的影响。结果表明,丁苯胶粉用量越大,堵漏材料的凝结时间越短;丙烯酸胶粉、VAE胶粉、聚乙烯醇胶粉用量越大,堵漏材料的凝结时间越长。随着可再分散胶粉用量的增加,堵漏材料的抗折性能、粘结性能、抗渗性能得到改善,而抗压性能却有所下降。VAE rubber powder,acrylic rubber powder,styrene butadiene rubber powder and polyvinyl alcohol rubber powder are selected to study the influence of the type and amount of re-dispersible rubber powder on setting time,flexural performance,compressive performance,bonding performance and impermeability of quick setting waterproofing&plugging material.Results show that the more SBR powder is added,the shorter the setting time of plugging material will be;while the larger amount of acrylic rubber powder,VAE rubber powder and polyvinyl alcohol rubber powder are added,the longer the setting time will be.With the increase of the amount of re-dispersible rubber powder,the flexural properties,bonding properties and impermeability of plugging materials are improved,but the compressive properties are decreased.
