透明型防水涂料在外墙渗漏项目中的应用分析

摘　　要：建筑物外墙部位装饰美观丰富,但在实际使用中存在渗水、返潮等问题。本文以现有外墙工程现状分析为出发点,对透明型防水涂料及防水系统的概念、防水材料、施工工艺等方面进行综合分析,并结合外墙维修的实际案例对该系统的应用及防水施工要点和注意事项进行详细介绍,旨在推广该系统在外墙部位的应用。Exterior walls of building are beautiful and rich in decoration,but there are some problems in practical use,such as water seepage,moisture regain and so on.Based on the analysis of the current situation of external wall engineering,this paper comprehensively analyzes the concept,waterproofing materials and construction technology of transparent waterproofing coating and waterproofing system,and introduces the application,waterproofing construction points and precautions of the system in detail combined with the actual case of external wall maintenance,so as to promote the application of the system in external walls.
