摘  要:目前液压支架领域最大支护高度、最大工作阻力的8.8 m超大采高液压支架配套使用超大缸径φ600 mm双伸缩立柱,该双伸缩立柱工作阻力达到13000 kN,展开长度达到8115 mm,其作为8.8 m超大采高液压支架的核心部件,为满足支架功能的实现,其自身的强度、稳定性和寿命设计显得尤为重要。通过对超大缸径φ600 mm双伸缩立柱进行基于有限元计算的强度、稳定性和寿命计算结果进行综合评定,为实际生产设计提供理论依据。With the largest support height and working resistance in the field of hydraulic support at present,the 8.8 m super high mining height hydraulic support is equipped with a super large cylinder diameterφ600 mm double expansion column,which has a working resistance of 13000 kN and a spreading length of 8115 mm.As the core component of 8.8 m super high hydraulic support,its strength,stability and life design are particularly important to meet the realization of support function.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the strength,stability and life calculation results based on the finite element calculation of the super large cylinder diameterφ600 mm double expansion column,provided the theoretical basis for the actual production design.
