摘 要:针对深竖井提升钢丝绳寿命较短难题,对井塔式提升机摩擦轮与导向轮位置关系进行了研究。建立了摩擦轮中心到导向轮中心垂直高度的数学模型,并进行了数值仿真。仿真结果表明:垂直高度随围包角α的增大而减小,随提升钢丝绳间距的增大而减小;当α<185°时,垂直高度随α的增大而下降的较为剧烈;当α>195°时,垂直高度随α的增大而下降的较为平缓,几乎不变。为导向轮布置合理化、钢丝绳寿命提高提供了理论参考。Aiming at the problem of short service life of hoisting wire rope in deep hoist, the position relationship between friction wheel and guide wheel of tower-mounted hoist was studied. The mathematical model of the vertical height between the center of the friction wheel and the center of the guide wheel was established, and the numerical simulation was carried out. The simulation results show that: the vertical height decreases with the increase of the envelop angle α,and decreases with the increase of the lifting wire rope spacing;when α<185°, the vertical height decreases sharply with the increase of α;when α >195°, the vertical height decreases gently with the increase of α, almost unchanged. It provides a theoretical reference for the rationalization of guide wheel layout and the improvement of wire rope life.
