等高采煤机性能特点研究

摘　　要：介绍了等高采煤机在巷道直推进刀、链牵引系统、装煤效果及等采高开采等四方面的特点,同时提出配套等高采煤机的工作面两端巷道需要提前破底、刮板输送机互换性有一定限制及等高采煤机链牵引系统可靠性、抗冲击性及调高等方面可能存在的问题。为以后这种等高采煤机的进口选型提供借鉴参考。Introduced the characteristics of shearer with relatively-unchanging cutting-height in four aspects of roadway straight advancing cutter, chain traction system, coal loading effect and relativelyunchanging cutting-height mining. At the same time, it points out that the roadways at both ends of the working face supporting the relatively-unchanging cutting-height shearer need to break the bottom in advance, the interchangeability of the scraper conveyor is limited to a certain extent, and the problems may exist in the reliability of the chain traction system, impact resistance and height adjustment of the relatively-unchanging cutting-height shearer. It can provide reference for the import selection of this kind of relatively-unchanging cutting-height shearer in the future.
