摘 要:综采工作面作为煤矿井下粉尘污染的主要场所,其防降尘措施一直都是研究重点,而对于大采高综采工作面,人行区域的粉尘治理则是重中之重。以陕煤集团曹家滩煤矿12209综采工作面为研究背景,通过井下实测移架产生的粉尘在人行侧的的运移分布规律,根据其分析结果,设计了一种针对支架尘源的架间喷雾引射抽尘净化装置,对其结构设计进行实验室优化试验,并通过现场试验检验其降尘效果及实用性。研究结果可为综采工作面液压支架尘源的治理提供新思路。As the main place of dust pollution in coal mine, the dust prevention measures in fully mechanized coal mining face has always been the focus of research. For large mining height fully mechanized coal mining face, the dust control in pedestrian area is the most important. Taking the 12209 fully mechanized coal mining face in Caojiatan coal mine of Shaanxi coal group as the research background, through the movement and distribution rule of the dust produced on the human side under the measured underground moving support, and according to the analysis results, an spray suction dust cleaning device inter support was designed for the support dust source, and the laboratory optimization experiment was carried out on its structural design, and the dust reduction effect and practicability were tested through field tests. The research results can provide a new idea for dust source control of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face.
