摘　　要：分析了现有可用于半煤岩开采的采煤机技术现状及不足,研制了一种适应半煤岩开采的新型大功率薄煤层采煤机,详细介绍了该采煤机的整机布置方式、小体积大功率摇臂研制、滚筒可靠性研究和电控系统抗振技术,现场应用取得了成功。Analyzed the present situation and shortcomings of the existing shearer technology which can be used for mining semi coal and rock, developed a new type high power thin coal seam shearer suitable for mining semi coal and rock, introduced the overall layout of shearer, the development of small size and high power rocker arm, drum reliability research and electronic control system vibration resistance technology in detail, the field application was successful.
