摘　　要：介绍了S690Q高强度结构钢液压支架掩护梁生产中常见的焊接缺陷,从焊接参数和质量控制等方面对产生原因进行了分析,并制定了相应的焊接工艺,在液压支架掩护梁的生产中取得了不错的效果。Introduced the common welding defects in the production of S690Q high strength structural steel hydraulic support shield beam, analyzed the causes from the aspects of welding parameters and quality control, and formulated the corresponding welding process, which has achieved good results in the production of hydraulic support shield beam.
