摘 要:近年来低位放顶煤液压支架尾梁千斤顶逐渐采用倒装结构,尾梁千斤顶活塞杆联接在掩护梁上。以ZF7800/18/35型液压支架掩护梁联接倒装尾梁千斤顶结构为切入点,分析掩护梁损坏的内在原因,经过ANSYS软件分析及理论计算,提出掩护梁结构改进的方向。通过对改进前后掩护梁结构的对比,找到掩护梁结构改进措施。改进后的掩护梁结构使用更可靠,更安全。In recent years, the swivel canopy cylinder of low caving hydraulic support gradually adopts the inverted structure, and the piston rod of the swivel canopy cylinder is connected to the caving shield. Taking the ZF7800/18/35 hydraulic support caving shied inverted swivel canopy cylinder as the breakthrough point, analyzed the internal causes of the damage of the caving shield, and put forward the improvement direction of the caving shield structure through ANSYS software analysis and theoretical calculation. Through the comparison of the protective caving shield structure, the improvement measures of the protective caving shield structure were found. The improved protective caving shield structure is more reliable and safer in practical use.
