摘 要:以五爪钻机液压卡盘为依据,对卡盘的结构改进、卡盘卡瓦的材料选用和卡瓦淬火热处理进行了对比分析。通过对卡盘的改进和优化,使卡盘结构更合理,使用更方便。工业性试验结果表明,该卡盘比胶套式卡盘和碟簧式卡盘在使用时间和更换配件方面有着明显的优势,完全达到了设计要求,能够满足现场施工要求。Based on the five-claw hydraulic chuck of drilling rig, the structure improvement of chuck,material selection of chuck slip and quenching heat treatment of chuck were compared and analyzed.Through the improvement and optimization of chuck, the structure of chuck is more reasonable and the use is more convenient. The results of industrial test show that the chuck has obvious advantages over rubber sleeve chuck and disc spring chuck in terms of service time and replacement of accessories. It fully meets the design requirements and can meet the requirements of on-site construction.
