摘 要:针对掩护式液压支架现有平衡回路无法保证无杆腔和有杆腔自动充满压力液体导致支架上升过程中两腔压力不平衡,以及立柱接顶支撑时由周期来压导致的安全阀频繁开启的问题,设计了平衡千斤顶浮动液压回路,并增加补液回路。使用AMESim软件对平衡千斤顶控制回路进行仿真,然后进行液压控制系统动态稳定性的验证,最后通过现场试验和数据对比验证设计回路的合理性。In view of the problem that the existing balance circuit of the cover hydraulic support can not guarantee the piston cavity and the piston rod cavity to fill the pressure liquid automatically, which leads to the pressure imbalance between the two cavities during the rising process of the support, and the frequent opening of the safety valve due to periodic pressure, the balance jack floating hydraulic circuit was designed and added a rehydration circuit. AMESim software was used to simulate the control circuit of the balance jack, and then the dynamic stability of the hydraulic control system was verified. Finally, the rationality of the design loop was verified by field experiments and data comparison.
