摘  要:针对煤矿井下悬浮式单体液压支柱监测在空间上受限且装置功耗较大、测量精度较低等问题,设计了基于ZigBee无线通信技术的悬浮式单体液压支柱监测装置。开发了柱体及其内压检测和无线通信三位一体的取压接口模块,在检测硬件上引入内压检测触发休眠机制,在通信软件上开发启发式分布负载均衡算法,有效降低了监测装置的运行功耗。测试结果表明,该装置不仅提高了悬浮式单体液压支柱内压测量精度,而且通过ZigBee无线通信将压力信息传输至上位机,实时监测悬浮式单体液压支柱的受力情况,为井下安全预警提供第一手数据。In view of the problems of limited space, high device power consumption and low measurement accuracy of the suspended single hydraulic prop in coal mine, a suspended single hydraulic prop monitoring device was designed based on ZigBee wireless communication technology.Trinity pressure interface module integrating with cylinder and its internal pressure detection, wireless communication were developed. In the detection hardware, the internal pressure detection trigger sleep mechanism was introduced. In the communication software, the heuristic distributed load balancing algorithm was developed to effectively reduce the operation power consumption of the monitoring device. The test results show that not only the device improves the internal pressure measurement accuracy of the suspended single hydraulic prop, but also the pressure information is transmitted to the upper computer through ZigBee wireless communication for real time monitoring of the force of suspended single hydraulic prop, which provides first-hand data for underground safety early warning.
