摘　　要：目的:在儿科消化系统疾病的治疗中,基于德尔菲法探索建立儿科微生态药物处方合理性点评规范的方法学,促进儿科临床合理用药。方法:结合文本调研、文献研究法,应用德尔菲法,通过两轮专家问卷调查,对专家积极程度、意见集中程度、协调程度及权威程度进行评价。结果:共45名儿科医师和药师作为专家组成员参加函询,两轮有效回收率为100%,权威系数均>0.7,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.383和0.382。最终增加6个微生态药物处方合理性点评的专家建议。结论:经过两轮专家意见征询后,专家意见较为一致,协调程度较高,建立的方法学可初步应用于儿科消化系统疾病微生态药物的合理性点评,并可辅助用药干预、决策等临床工作。Objective:To explore the establishment of review criteria for the rationality of pediatric microecological medicine prescription based on Delphi method in the treatment of pediatric digestive system diseases,so as to promote the rationality of clinical use of pediatric medication.Methods:In combination with literature review and documentary investigation,Delphi method was applied to evaluate experts’degree of positivity,concentration of opinions,coordination and authority through two rounds of expert questionnaire survey.Results:A total of 45 pediatricians and pharmacists participated into the correspondence as panelists,with a valid recall rate of 100%in both rounds,authority coefficients>0.7,and Kendall harmonization coefficients of 0.383 and 0.382,respectively.Eventually,six expert suggestions on the rationality of microecological medicine prescriptions were added.Conclusion:After two rounds of expert consultation,the expert opinions are relatively consistent with a high degree of coordination.The established methodology can be preliminarily applied to review the rationality of microecological medicine for pediatric digestive system diseases,and can assist the relevant clinical work such as intervention and decision making.
