摘  要:可燃气体传感器作为检测工业气体的标准工具之一,是实现“智慧地球,感知中国”的基础。研究了可燃气体传感器的发展情况,介绍了4种检测原理特点:催化燃烧式具有计量准确、响应快的特点,但无选择性;半导体式价格低廉、普及广,但受环境影响大,不适用计量准确的场所;电化学式选择性强、温度性能好,但寿命低;红外线式测量范围宽、精准度高,但价格昂贵。近半个世纪以来传感器在可燃气体检测方面逐步实现低功耗、小型化、智能化、一体化,进一步向跨学科的横向领域突破,集管理数据化、应急主动化、设备智能化于一身的传感器将是打造智慧城市、智慧园区的关键。With the development of national economy,combustible gas has been widely used in production and life.But its flammable and explosive characteristics seriously threaten the safety of public property and life.The development process of combustible gas sensor was studied,and its characteristics were introduced:catalytic combustion type had the characteristics of accurate measurement and fast response,while it did't have selectivity;semiconductor type had low price and wide popularity,but it was greatly affected by the environment,and was not applicable to places with accurate measurement;electro-chemical type had strong selectivity,good temperature characteristic,but the service life of it was relatively short;infrared type had wide measurement range,high accuracy,but it was expensive.In detection of combustible gas,sensors will gradually achieve low power consumption,miniaturization,intelligence and integration,and it will make further breakthroughs in interdisciplinary horizontal fields.The sensor integrating management data,emergency initiative and intelligent equipment will be the key to build smart cities and smart parks.
