新时代兵团高校大学生对红色文化认同的调查与思考

摘　　要：红色文化的育人功能得到广泛认同,但育人效果如何还需要进一步调查和研究。为此,特对兵团高校塔里木大学、石河子大学900余名学生、10名老师进行调查问卷和访问访谈。从调查结果可以看出大学生对红色文化认同取得了一定的成效,但仍存在大学生对兵团红色文化认知浅层化、教育供给与学生需求存在差距、教育方式单一等问题。对此,需要从提高思想认识、挖掘教育素材、丰富教育供给、强化校园文化阵地建设等几个方面着手,提高大学生对兵团红色文化的认同,提升兵团红色文化的育人能力。The revolutionary culture education function is widely shared,but the educating effect needs further investigation and research.Through the questionnaire and interview with more than 900 students and 10 teachers in Tarim University and Shihezi University in XPCC,the author did the survey and from the results we can see that XPCC college students have made some achievements in identifying with such culture,But there are still some problems such as:shallow cognition of such culture,gap in education supply and demand,single education approach,and these problems need to be solved urgently.For these,we should improve our ideological understanding,excavate educational materials,enrich educational supply,and strengthen the construction of campus culture,so as to improve XPCC college student's culture identity,promoting the culture educating ability effectively.
