摘  要:为掌握养殖实训场病原菌耐药情况,从养殖场空气、水及土壤样品中分离获得大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、葡萄球菌和不动杆菌等主要病原菌4种29株,采用药敏纸片琼脂扩散法进行细菌耐药性检测。结果表明,4种主要病原菌均对多种抗菌药物产生耐药性,且呈现多重耐药现象;在所选用的16种抗菌药物中,以红霉素、链霉素、卡那霉素、青霉素的抑菌效果最差,而吡哌酸、头孢噻肟、恩诺沙星、左氟沙星、阿奇霉素、先锋霉素和丁胺卡那霉素比较敏感。In order to understand the situation of drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in breeding train⁃ing field,29 strains of 4 kinds of main pathogenic bacteria,including Escherichia coli,Salmonella,Staphy⁃lococcus and Acinetobacter,were isolated from air,water and soil samples of breeding farm.The drug re⁃sistance was detected by AGAR diffusion method on drug-sensitive paper.The results showed that the four main pathogens were resistant to a variety of antimicrobial drugs,and showed multi-drug resistance.Among the 16 antibacterial drugs selected,erythromycin,streptomycin,kanamycin and penicillin showed the worst antibacterial effect,while pipipperic acid,cefotaxime,enrofloxacin,levofloxacin,azithromycin,avanamycin and amikacin were more sensitive.
