摘 要:【目的】研究不同饲养密度林下养鹅对大青枣产量和品质改善效果,为探索大青枣果园林下养鹅合理饲养密度提供参考依据。【方法】以4年树龄台湾大青枣为试验对象,分为4组,3个处理组和1个对照组(CK),处理组分别为M1(套养狮头鹅80只),M2(套养狮头鹅100只),M3(套养狮头鹅120只),对照组为不套养狮头鹅;对3个处理组的大青枣的产量、常规营养成分、碳水化合物、维生素及黄酮类化合物等指标进行测定,分析不同处理组对大青枣产量和品质的改善效果。【结果】M1、M2、M3处理大青枣亩产都显著提高,比对照组分别提高1.98%、17.18%、16.60%;3种处理大青枣粗蛋白、可溶性固形物的含量显著提高,其中粗蛋白含量分别提高了3.42%、8.57%、5.70%,可溶性固形物含量分别提高了7.40%、26.69%、13.23%;3种处理大青枣的葡萄糖、维生素、胡萝卜素的含量也显著提高,其中葡萄糖分别提高了3.76%、9.07%、7.74%,维生素的含量分别提高了2.50%、7.86%、5.00%;胡萝卜素的含量分别提高了8.14%、13.95%、10.47%,但粗纤维的含量却降低了3.70%、10.19%、5.56%。【结论】林下养鹅可显著提高大青枣产量和品质,饲养密度在100只/667m2的时候,大青枣的产量和品质最佳。【Objective】Through the research on the improvement effect of raising geese under different feeding densities on the yield and quality of big green jujube,it provides a reference for exploring the rea⁃sonable stocking density of geese under the big green jujube fruit garden.【Method】Four-year-old Tai⁃wan green jujube was used as the test object,and no goose raised in the forest was used as the control(CK),80 lion-head geese(M1 treatment)and 100(M2 treatment)and120(M3 treatment)were raised in each acre of forest.And then to determine the yield,conventional nutrients,carbohydrates,vitamins and flavonoids of Daqing jujube under different treatments,and analyze the improvement of the yield and qual⁃ity of Daqing jujube by different treatments effect.【Result】The yield per mu of Daqing jujube with differ⁃ent treatment methods of M1,M2,and M3 was significantly increased,which increased by 1.98%,17.18%,and 16.60%respectively compared with the control group.The content of crude protein and solu⁃ble solids of Daqing jujube was also significantly increased.The crude protein content increased by 3.42%,8.57%,5.70%,and the soluble solid content increased by 7.40%,26.69%,and 13.23%respective⁃ly;The content of glucose,VC,and carotene in the three different treatment methods also increased signifi⁃cantly.Compared with the control group,the glucose increased by 3.76%,9.07%,and 7.74%respectively;The content of VC increased by 2.50%,7.86%,5.00%;the content of carotene increased by 8.14%,13.95%,10.47%,but the content of crude fiber decreased by 3.70%,10.19%,5.56%respectively.【Con⁃clusion】Raising geese under forest can significantly improve the yield and quality of big green dates.When the stocking density is 100 geese/mu,the yield and quality of big green dates are the best.
