新型城镇化与农业现代化耦合协调度分析——以云南为例

摘　　要：新型城镇化与农业现代化之间具有相关联系。通过构建云南省新型城镇化与农业现代化耦合协调发展指标体系,对云南省新型城镇化与农业现代化耦合协调度进行实证测评。结果发现云南省新型城镇化与农业现代化耦合协调度仍处于正向耦合中的拮抗阶段,新型城镇化与农业现代化发展水平还比较低;新型城镇化与农业现代化协调发展的短板在于农业现代化的发展滞后。应更加注重新型城镇化对农业现代化的带动作用,提升农业现代化发展质量;充分发挥新型城镇化的科技人才技术优势和辐射带动作用,加强农技推广服务和提升农业经济社会治理水平,缩小城乡区域差距,促进城乡区域协同发展和城乡共同繁荣。There is a correlation between new-type urbanization and agricultural modernization.By con⁃structing the index system of coupling and coordinated development of the new-type urbanization and agri⁃cultural modernization in Yunnan Province,the coupling and coordination degree of the new-type urban⁃ization and agricultural modernization in Yunnan Province was evaluated.The results show that the cou⁃pling coordination degree between the new-type urbanization and agricultural modernization in Yunnan Province is still in the antagonistic stage of the positive coupling,and the development level of the newtype urbanization and agricultural modernization is relatively low.The shortcoming of the coordinated devel⁃opment of new-type urbanization and agricultural modernization lies in the backward development of agri⁃cultural modernization.We should pay more attention to the driving effect of new-type urbanization on agri⁃cultural modernization and improve the development quality of agricultural modernization.To make full use of the technological advantages of scientific and technological personnel from the new type of urbanization and their driving role in promoting it,strengthen agricultural technology extension services and improve ag⁃ricultural economic and social governance,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and regions,and promote coordinated development and common prosperity between urban and rural areas and regions.
