摘  要:针对湖南辰州矿业有限责任公司选矿厂锑金浮选给矿,在矿石工艺矿物学研究的基础上进行了浮选试验研究。在锑金浮选采用MA-3、丁钠黑药与高效捕收剂按5∶1∶1混合用药,与现有药剂制度对比,捕收剂总用量不变,高效捕收剂用量34g/t时,尾矿金品位降低0.03g/t,锑品位降低0.014%,金、锑回收率分别提高了0.48%和0.91%;锑金精矿产率增加1.4%,金品位降低2.8g/t,锑品位降低0.6%;锑金精矿含砷、铅不变,含硅增加0.9%,钨的损失增加22%。In view of the flotation of antimony and gold in the concentrator of Hunan Chenzhou Mining Co.,Ltd.,the flotation test was carried out based on the ore process mineralogy.When MA-3,sodium butyl black and high efficiency collector are mixed at the ratio of 5∶1∶1 in antimony flotation, compared with the existing reagent system, the total amount of collector remained unchanged and high efficiency collector amount is 34 g/t, tailings gold grade decreased by 0.03 g/t, antimony grade decreased 0.014%,gold, antimony recovery increased by 0.48% and 0.91% respectively.Antimony gold concentrate rate increased by 1.4%,gold grade decreased by 2.8 g/t, antimony grade decreased by 0.6%.The arsenic and lead content in antimony and gold concentrate remain unchanged, the silicon content increases by 0.9%,and the loss of tungsten increases by 22%.
