摘 要:为取代某铅锌矿铅锌高碱浮选工艺,对该含铅3.26%、锌3.54%、银74g/t、金0.16g/t的原矿进行了无碱浮选工艺选矿试验研究。采用“优先浮铅—浮锌”工艺,以调整剂HQD82、捕收剂HQ77优先选铅;然后以调整剂HQD52、捕收剂HQ66及常规活化剂硫酸铜选锌,获得的铅精矿中铅品位64.26%、铅回收率93.16%,伴生银品位1371g/t、银回收率87.31%,伴生金品位1.06g/t、金回收率43.19%;锌精矿中锌品位56.42%、锌回收率93.25%、伴生银品位130g/t,银回收率10.28%。In order to replace the high-alkali flotation process of lead-zinc in the Baoshan Lead-Zinc Mine in Hunan, a non-alkali flotation test was carried out on the raw ore containing 3.26% lead, 3.54% zinc, 74 g/t silver, and 0.16 g/t gold in this mine.A flowsheet consisting Pb preferential flotation by regulator HQD82 and collector HQ77,Zn flotation by regulator HQD52,collector HQ66 and activator copper sulfate is selected, which can produce a lead concentrate grade 64.26% Pb, 1 371 g/t Ag and 1.06 g/t Au with the corresponding recoveries of 93.16%,87.31% and 43.19%,as well as a zinc concentrate grade 56.42% and 130 g/t Ag with the corresponding recoveries of 93.25% and 10.28%.
