摘 要:甘肃某厂生产过程中产出含镍钴的冶炼废渣,渣含Co2.08%、Ni1.54%,有较高回收价值,亟待综合回收处理。针对该废渣的特点,提出采用氨浸工艺处理废渣,并且研究了不同铵盐种类、不同反应温度、不同氨水浓度以及添加还原剂等因素对废渣中镍钴元素浸出率的影响,研究表明氨浸工艺适用于该镍钴废渣的综合回收处理,控制一定的反应条件,通过两步浸出,镍钴回收率均能够达到90%以上。The Co-Ni residue produced from the process of production in a factory in Gansu Province contains Co2.08% and Ni1.54%,which has high recovery value and needs comprehensive recovery and treatment.In this paper, according to the characteristics of the waste residue, the ammonia leaching process was proposed to treat the waste residue, and the effects of different ammonium salt, different reaction temperature, different ammonia concentration and adding reducing agent on the leaching process were investigated.The results show that the ammonia leaching process is suitable for the comprehensive recovery and treatment of the Co-Ni residue, under certain reaction conditions, the recovery of nickel and cobalt can reach more than 90% through two-step leaching.
