摘 要:由于传统燃煤炼锑反射炉在热利用率、冶炼时间、环保等方面存在许多不足,必须采用更加高效、环保的能源对反射炉进行升级。通过对炼锑反射炉天然气供热的试验数据分析可知,单位冶炼时间从原来的2.11h/t缩短到1.82h/t,泡渣含锑率从原来的10.28%降至7.96%,吨锑能耗为原来的70.12%,二氧化硫减排为5.86kg/t。经济效益和环保效益显著,每年可节约成本346.98万元。Because the traditional coal-fired antimony refining furnace has many shortcomings in the aspects of heat utilization, smelting time and environmental protection, it is necessary to adopt more efficient and environmental protection energy to upgrade the furnace.Based on the analysis of the experimental data of natural gas heating in antimony refining reflector, it can be seen that the unit smelting time is shortened from 2.11 h/t to 1.82 h/t, the antimony content in the slag is reduced from 10.28% to 7.96%,the energy consumption of antimony per ton is 70.12%,and the emission reduction of sulfur dioxide is 5.86 kg/t.The economic and environmental benefits are significant and the annual cost can be saved by 3 469 800 yuan.
