摘  要:以典型四折叶搅拌桨为研究对象,运用CFD技术进行搅拌槽的固液双相流仿真计算。通过仿真,可观察固液两相的瞬时混合情况,仿真结果显示,搅拌流场的稳态流型与文献一致,搅拌桨功率的仿真计算值与传统公式计算值相差很小,表明运用CFD技术对搅拌槽进行模拟仿真并计算搅拌功率的方法正确可靠。Taking the typical four fold blade agitator as the research object, the solid-liquid two-phase flow simulation calculation in the stirred tank was carried out by using CFD method.The simulation results show that the steady-state flow pattern of the stirring flow field is consistent with the literature, and the difference between the simulation value of the agitator power and the traditional formula calculation value is very small, which shows that the method of using CFD method to simulate the stirred tank and calculate the mixing power is correct and reliable.
