摘 要:磁性颗粒成像(MPI)是一种全新的医学影像技术,具有高灵敏度、超快速和高空间分辨率等特点,能实时检测在体磁纳米粒子的三维空间分布。其中,彩色MPI技术不仅能实现磁纳米粒子浓度成像,也能实现局部微环境的温度和生物分子含量成像,已在以纳米医学为基础的肿瘤诊断和治疗等精准医疗领域表现出广泛的应用前景。目前,MPI技术仍存在纳米磁性物理机制不清晰和精密测量仪器信噪比瓶颈等难题。针对现有MPI技术,综述其发展历程及其在肿瘤诊疗等生物医学领域的应用前景。Magnetic particle imaging(MPI)is a new imaging technique with high sensitivity,high temporal resolution and spatial resolution,which allows to detect real-time 3 D spatial distribution of magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs).Color MPI allows to image not only the spatial distribution of magnetic nanoparticle concentration,but also the spatial distribution of in-situ temperature and biomolecule concentration,which has shown great promise in nanomedicine-based precision medicine,including cancer diagnostics and therapy(theranostics).Current MPI approaches are faced with two main challenges,including unclear underlying physical mechanism of nanomagnetism and signal-to-noise bottleneck of precise measuring instruments.Aiming at the current MPI technique,the MPI development and its applications in biomedicine such as cancer theranostics are reviewed.
