摘　　要：大型料浆法复合肥装置大多采用湿法洗涤尾气回收氨和粉尘,烟囱排气形成滚滚白烟,即便达标排放也存在拖尾现象。总结中国-阿拉伯化肥有限公司复合肥装置采用湿式静电除雾器去除尾气中颗粒物、前端管道冷却和后端管道加热消除大白烟、独特技术保障长周期运行的尾气深度治理技改经验。技改后,尾气排放达到超净排放水平,排烟视觉效果改善,实现了装置长周期稳定运行。In order to recover ammonia and dust, large-scale slurry process compound fertilizer plants adopt wet method to wash tail gas, which results in white smoke generated by chimney exhaust and tailing phenomenon.The technical innovation of the compound fertilizer plant of Sino-Arab Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd., which adopts wet electrostatic demister to remove the particles in the tail gas, the front-end pipe cooling and the back-end pipe heating to eliminate the white smoke, and the unique technology to ensure the long-term operation of the system are introduced. After the technical transformation, the exhaust emission reaches the level of ultra clean emission, the visual effect of smoke exhaust is improved, and the long-term stable operation of the device is realized.
