摘　　要：Rimegepant是一种降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)受体拮抗药,2020年2月美国食品药品管理局(FDA)批准Rimegepant用于偏头痛的治疗。得益于较长的半衰期、良好的口服生物利用度以及对人CGRP受体的高亲和力,Rimegepant成为潜在治疗抗急性偏头痛的一线药物。Rimegepant是目前批准上市的第2款治疗偏头痛的口服制剂,适用于有或无先兆的成人偏头痛的急性治疗,不会增加心血管疾病的风险,给偏头痛患者带来新的治疗选择。本文对其药理作用、药代动力学、临床评价和药物相互作用等进行综述。Rimegepant is a calcitonin-gene-related peptide(CGRP) receptor antagonist approved by the FDA in February 2020 for the treatment of migraine. Due to its long half-life, good oral bioavailability and high affinity for human CGRP receptor, rimegepant has become a potential first-line treatment for acute migraine. Rimegepant is the second oral migraine medication currently approved for the market. It is suitable for the acute treatment of migraine in adults with or without aura. It will not increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and brings new treatment options to migraine sufferers. This article reviews its pharmacological effects, pharmacokinetics, clinical evaluation and drug interactions.
