摘　　要：目的研究纳米银抗菌敷料对糖尿病足创面感染患者的治疗效果.方法选择2020年1月-2021年1月浙江省立同德医院接诊的100例有溃疡创面的糖尿病足患者为研究对象.将所有患者按照随机数表法,分为研究组和对照组.对照组50例患者给予凡士林敷料进行治疗,研究组50例患者给予纳米银抗菌敷料进行治疗.比较两组患者治疗后的治疗效果、感染控制情况、创面闭合指数以及降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平.结果研究组患者疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的换药次数、创面愈合时间均少(短)于对照组(P<0.05);研究组经过7、14、21、28 d的治疗后创面闭合指数均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的PC T、CRP水平低于对照组患者(P<0.05).结论采用纳米银抗菌敷料治疗能有效提高糖尿病足感染患者的疗效,改善患者恢复状况,值得推广应用.OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of nano silver antibacterial dressing on treatment of the patients with diabetic foot wound infection.METHODS A total of 100 diabetic foot patients with ulcer wound who were treated in Tongde Hospital from Jan 2020 to Jan 2021 were recruited as the study subjects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group with 50 cases was treated with Vaseline dressing,and the study group with 50 cases was given nano silver antibacterial dressing.The curative effects,status of control of infection,wound closure indexes,and levels of procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were observed and compared between the two groups of patients after treatment.RESULTS The effective rate of treatment of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of times of dressing change of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the wound healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound closure indexes of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group after the treatment for 7,14,21 and 28 days(P<0.05).The levels of PCT and CRP of the study group were lower than those of the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Nano silver antibacterial dressing can effectively boost the curative effect on the patients with diabetic foot infection and improve the recovery of the patients,and it is worthy to be promoted.
