摘 要:本文通过构建运输-经济-生态三元系统(Transport-economy-environment System,简称TEE系统)指标体系,判断各子系统的发展水平,在此基础上,建立变异系数协调度模型,对TEE系统协调度进行评价。以云南省2001-2017年数据为例进行实证分析,并提出针对性建议。研究结果表明,云南省TEE系统的协调性从不协调(2001-2002年)转为基本协调(2004-2007年),此后又转变为基本不协调(2008-2017年)。其中,生态子系统的综合发展水平提升较慢,其与运输、经济两个子系统相比差距逐步增大,是影响TEE系统协调性的主要因素。云南省在发展过程中应更注重生态的发展,同时加快调整产业结构,促进TEE系统协调发展。In this paper, by constructing a transport-economy-environment system(Transport-economy-environment System, referred to as TEE system) index system to judge the development level of each subsystem, on this basis, establish a coefficient of variation coordination model to coordinate the TEE system Degree to be evaluated. This article takes the data of Yunnan Province from 2001 to 2017 as an example to conduct an empirical analysis and put forward targeted recommendations. The results of the study show that the coordination of the TEE system in Yunnan Province changed from uncoordinated(2001-2002) to basic coordination(2004-2007), and then to basic uncoordinated(2008-2017). Among them, the comprehensive development level of the ecological subsystem has been improved slowly, and the gap between it and the transportation and economic subsystems has gradually increased, which is the main factor affecting the coordination of the TEE system. Yunnan Province should pay more attention to ecological development in the development process, and at the same time accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure to promote the coordinated development of the TEE system.
