摘 要:顺畅的旅客运输是城市群都市圈经济产业联系和居民日常工作生活的重要保障,旅客运输一体化协同水平的高低,直接影响城市群都市圈发展质量。城市群都市圈旅客运输一体化协同发展要求确立合理的区域旅客运输模式,推动运输方式间一体衔接。目前,京津冀地区旅客运输存在集约化旅客运输结构尚未形成、旅客运输联通性融合性不足、枢纽一体化衔接程度有待提高、一体化协同发展体制机制和政策法规不健全等问题。研究提出了促进京津冀旅客运输一体化协同发展的相关建议,包括推动运输网络衔接融合、提升区域旅客运输服务水平、优化完善相关管理体制机制和政策法规。The smooth passenger transport is essential for the economic and industrial connection as well as the citizens’ daily life and work in city-clusters and metropolitan areas. The development quality of cityclusters and metropolitan areas is directly affected by the level of integration and coordinated development of passenger transport. A reasonable passenger transport mode and an integration of transport modals should be established and formed according to the requirement of the integration and coordinated development of passenger transport in city-clusters and metropolitan areas. Currently, there are still many problems of the passenger transport in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, such as the non-intensified structure, the weak connection and convergency, the low integration level in transport hubs, and the imperfect institutional mechanisms, policies and law systems. The research proposes suggestions to facilitate the integration and coordinated development of passenger transport in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, include promoting transport network’s connection and convergency, enhancing regional passenger transport service level, and optimizing the relevant institutional mechanisms, policies and law systems.
