摘 要:随着现代信息技术的发展,协同办公软件功能日益强大,逐渐被各大高校、科研院所、大型企业选用。在此背景下,使用成熟商用协同办公软件开发实验室管理业务,可合理利用企业已有资源、缩短开发周期、节省开发成本。通过研究使用致远A8+协同办公软件应用制定平台开发分析测试中心任务管理应用,根据业务需求自定义开发满足实验室要求管理应用的方法。该方法既可实现日常分析检测任务的管理,亦可对分析测试中心运行状况实时监控,取得了很好的使用效果。具有一定的应用价值。With the development of modern information technology,the collaborative office software has become increasingly powerful,and has been gradually recommend by major universities,research institutes,and large enterprises.Against this backdrop,applying mature commercial coordination office software to exploit laboratory management business can enforce rational use of enterprise’s existing resources,shorten the development period,and save costs in sourcing.Throughresearching and using Zhiyuan A8+collaborative office software and formulating the task management application of platform development in analysis and test center,a method of using collaborative office software to customize the management application to meet the requirements of the laboratory is obtained.The developedapplicationnot only can achieve the management of daily analysis and detection tasks but also monitor the running status of the analysis and test center in real time,which means that satisfying result has been accomplished.Therefore,the use of collaborative office software to develop management applications that meet the needs is worthy of research and promotion according to the laboratory business needs.
