摘　　要：目的比较大连市沙河口区3类幼儿园儿童肥胖流行状况,为控制肥胖流行提供依据。方法按照大小、星级等把幼儿园分为3类(大的为一类),对12647名3~6岁儿童进行普查,采用身高别标准体重值筛查肥胖。结果一类、二类、三类园儿童分别为2518人、2778人、1232人。男童肥胖率二类园(9.11%)>一类园(8.82%)>三类园(7.87%),两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);女童肥胖率二类园(7.63%)>三类园(5.99%)>一类园(5.80%),两两比较仅二类园与一类园差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全体男童肥胖率(8.76%)高于全体女童(6.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);仅三类园男女童差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大连市沙河口区3个类别幼儿园儿童的肥胖率较高。Objective To compare the prevalence of obesity among 3 categories of kindergartens in Shahekou district,Dalian city,so as to provide the basis for controlling the prevalence of obesity.Methods Kindergartens were divided into category A,B,C according to the size and conditions(the biggest was category A),a total of 12647 children aged 3-6 years were surveyed.The height and weight standard method was used to assess the nutritional status of 12647 students.Results The number of children in A,B and C categories were 2518,2778 and 1232 respectively.The obesity rate of boys in the category B kindergarten(9.11%)>the category A kindergarten(8.82%)>the category C kindergarten(7.87%)was not significantly different from each other(P>0.05).The obesity rate of girls in the category B kindergarten(7.63%)>category C kindergarten(5.99%)>the category A kindergarten(5.80%),and the difference between the category B and the category A kindergarten was statistically significant(P<0.05).The obesity rate of all male students(8.76%)was higher than that of all female students(6.67%)(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between boys and girls in the category C kindergarten(P>0.05).Conclusion The obesity rate of children in 3 categories of kindergartens are high in Shahekou district,Dalian city.
