摘　　要：目的了解福州市近年报告的HIV/AIDS病例流行特征、后续随访和病例转归情况,明确防治重点,为决策者提供科学依据。方法对福州市2009~2019年报告的HIV/AIDS疫情资料进行分析。结果福州市2009~2019年累计报告HIV/AIDS病例6461例,各年分别报告220、215、311、390、431、563、723、830、815、945、1018例。其中,HIV感染者3877例,艾滋病病人2584例,已死亡840例。男性5364例,女性1097例;年龄为(38.98±15.36)岁,15~59岁的5650例、占87.45%;鼓楼区、台江区分别占40.47%和32.05%;现住址本市,由本市后续随访管理的占49.73%,户籍地为本市的占51.09%;文化程度高中以下占57.93%;异性传播占63.12%,同性传播占31.59%。截止2019年底,接受过随访的6412例中,仍在访的占78.77%,已进入国家免费抗病毒治疗的占74.27%。4491例(70.04%)在2019年检测了CD4+T淋巴细胞,检测值为(433.46±270.93)个/μl。结论福州市每年报告病例数持续上升,近1/5报告病例脱离疾控部门后续管理。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics,follow-up and prognosis of HIV/AIDS cases reported in Fuzhou city in recent years,and define the prevention and treatment priorities,so as to provide a scientific basis for decision makers.Methods The HIV/AIDS epidemiological data reported in Fuzhou city during 2009-2019 were analyzed.Results A total of 6461 HIV/AIDS cases were reported in Fuzhou city during 2009-2019.in each year,220,215,311,390,431,563,723,830,815,945 and 1018 cases were reported respectively.Of these,3877 were HIV infected and 2584 were AIDS patients,including 840 deaths.There were 5364 males and 1097 females.There were 5650 cases(87.45%)aged between 15 and 59 years old,with the average age of 38.98±15.36.Cases of Gulou district and Taijiang district accounted for 40.47%and 32.05%respectively;the cases of current address and administered by the follow-up in Fuzhou city accounted for 49.73%.The Fuzhou native cases accounted for 51.09%.57.93%of them had educational level below high school level.Of them infected by heterosexual transmission accounted for 63.12%and homosexual transmission for 31.59%.By the end of 2019,of the 6412 cases that had been followed up,78.77%were still being visited,and 74.27%of them had accepted the national free antiviral treatment.CD4+T lymphocytes were detected in 4491 patients(70.04%)in 2019,the mean value was(433.46±270.93)units/μl.Conclusion The number of reported cases in Fuzhou city continues to rise every year,and nearly 1/5 of the reported cases are out of touch from the follow-up management of the CDC.
