摘　　要：为研究无折印再生紧致双面针织面料,采用16.7 tex/144 f再生涤纶纱,在德国德乐UP472型24针/25.4 mm的双面针织圆纬机上,设计开发一款具有吸湿快干功能的无折印再生紧致针织面料。阐述面料的编织工艺和染整工艺,并测试面料的基本服用性能和吸湿快干性能。结果表明,该面料的各项性能指标均符合标准要求,并且具有优良的服用性能和吸湿速干性能,适合制作春秋季裤装,具有良好的市场潜力和发展空间。A crease-free regenerated tight double knitted fabric with moisture absorbing and quick drying functions was developed on Terrot gauge 24 double circular knitting machine of Germany by using 16.7 tex/144 f regenerated polyester.The knitting process,dyeing and finishing process were described.And the basic wearing performance and moisture absorbing and quick drying properties were tested.The results show that all performances of the fabric can meet the standard requirements,and the fabric has excellent wearing performance and moisture absorbing and quick drying properties,which is an excellent option for pants’making.
