智能针织CAD吓数界面花样设计与应用

摘　　要：阐述智能针织CAD软件中吓数界面花样设计与应用方法,提出花样设计有拼色、图案、缝合拼接定位、分割拼色和组织变化、拼色和多种形式混合等形式,可根据产品设计需要进行选择。详细介绍运用绘画直线、绘画曲线、绘画方形及填色工具进行花样设计的方法和步骤,指出可以根据花样图案在绘画时设计花样的绘画方法以及图案的形成方式。通过在吓数界面进行花样设计,有助于将吓数和针织图像中的画花有机结合在一起,简化羊毛衫的花样制作,提高生产效率,并丰富毛衫产品的表现形式。This paper introduces the pattern design and application method of process technology interface in the intelligent knitted CAD software.The pattern design includes color matching,pattern,stitching and positioning,splitting color matching and fabric texture change,color matching and multi form mixing,which can be selected according to the requirements of product design.It introduces in detail the methods and steps of pattern design by using tools of drawing straight lines,drawing curves,drawing squares and color filling,and points out that the drawing method and the formation mode of pattern can be designed according to the pattern.Through the pattern design in the process technology interface,it is helpful to combine the process technology with the knitted image together organically,simplify the production of knitted sweater’s pattern,improve the production efficiency,and enrich the fashion expression form of sweater products.
