除臭功能性黏胶纤维的制备及性能测试

摘　　要：介绍纺织品除臭的加工方法与除臭作用机理,包括物理法、化学法与生物除臭法。从工艺特点和纤维结构性能两方面分析备长炭黏胶纤维的制备方法,并对纤维形态结构、物理机械性能、抗菌性能、除臭功能等进行测试与分析。结果表明,备长炭黏胶纤维具有较好的力学性能及相对光洁的截面结构,良好的吸附分解和去除异味性能,对氨气、醋酸、异戊酸的去除率分别达99%、96%、99%以上,同时具有抗菌、远红外保健功能。最后对备长炭黏胶纤维的应用情况进行阐述,为功能性纺织品的开发提供参考。The processing methods and mechanism of textile deodorization were introduced,including physical,chemical and biological deodorization methods.The preparation method of Binqiodan viscose fiber was analyzed from two aspects of process characteristics and fiber structure and performance,and the morphology,physical and mechanical properties,antibacterial properties and deodorization function of the fiber were tested and analyzed.The results show that the Binqiodan viscose fiber has good mechanical properties,relatively clean cross section structure,good adsorption,decomposition and odor removal properties,and the removal rates of ammonia,acetic acid and iso-valeric acid are more than 99%,96%and 99%,respectively.At the same time,the Binqiodan viscose fiber has anti-bacterial and far-infrared health care functions.Finally,the application of Binqiodan viscose fiber is described,which provides reference for the development and application of functional textiles,
