摘  要:通过定量测试分散染料在还原清洗工序中被破坏脱色的程度,模拟涤纶印花布连续水洗工艺,筛选还原清洗助剂,优化防沾色清洗中保险粉及防沾剂用量,并应用于敏感色涤纶水洗工艺。结果表明,防沾剂DM-1567对防止涤纶白底沾色有显著效果,建议在第2次RC热洗时用少量皂洗剂DM-1510A代替保险粉,可大幅降低水底色度;皂洗剂DM-1510A对含蓝2BLN等敏感色涤纶染色后做RC整体色相不漂移,色相变化轻微,可替换保险粉使用。In this paper,by quantitative testing the degree of damaged and decolorized of disperse dyes in the reduction cleaning process,simulating the continuous washing process of polyester printed cloth,it optimized the dosage of insurance powder and anti-staining agents in anti-staining cleaning,which were applied to sensitive polyester washing process.The results show that the anti-staining agent DM-1567 has a significant effect on preventing the staining of polyester white background.It recommends using a small amount of anti-staining agent DM-1510 A instead of the insurance powder during the second RC hot washing,which can greatly reduce the bottom color.The anti-staining agent DM-1510 A does not drift the overall RC hue after dyeing polyester containing disperse blue 2 BLN dye,and the hue changes slightly,which can be used instead of insurance powder.
