摘  要:目的观察与分析重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗87例婴幼儿病毒性肺炎的临床效果。方法选择2019年6月至2020年6月桂林市中医医院收治的病毒性肺炎婴幼患儿87例,其中男性48例,女性39例;年龄32天~3岁,平均年龄1.25岁;病程2~14 d,平均病程6.3 d;以数字表排序的方式,将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组43例,采取常规对症治疗;观察组44例,在对照组治疗基础上加用重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗。对两组患儿的疗效进行评估,比较其临床症状改善时间和住院时间。结果观察组总有效率95.45%,明显高于对照组(81.40%),差异有显著统计学意义(P <0.01)。观察组呼吸急促消失时间、退热时间、住院时间短于对照组[(1.2±0.4) d vs (1.8±0.7) d,(2.5±1.2) d vs (3.4±1.3) d,(2.2±0.8) d vs (3.5±0.9) d],差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在婴幼儿肺炎治疗中,加用重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂,其能够更好地改善患儿的临床症状,保证疗效,值得推广。Objective To observe and analyze clinical effectiveness of recombinant human interferon α-2 b spray in treatment of 87 infants with viral pneumonia. Methods From June 2019 to June 2020, a total of 87 infants viral pneumonia hospitalized in Guilin Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled, which included 48 males and 39 females, aged 32 days-3 years old with mean age of 1.25 years old. The disease courses were 2-14 days with mean course of 6.3 days. According to numerical table, all of the infants were divided into control group(n = 43, treatment with conventional symptomatic) and observation group(n = 44, treatment with recombinant human interferon α-2 b spray based on control group). The efficacies of 2 groups were evaluated, the time of clinical symptom improvement and length of hospitalization were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group(95.45 %) was significantly higher than that of control group(81.40 %), and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01). The disappearance time of tachypnea, antipyretic time, and hospital stay of observation group were shorter than those of control group[(1.2 ± 0.4) days vs(1.8 ± 0.7) days,(2.5 ± 1.2) days vs(3.4 ± 1.3) days,(2.2 ± 0.8)days vs(3.5 ± 0.9) days], and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion It is demonstrated that combined recombinant human interferon α-2 b spray can improve clinical symptoms and ensure efficacy of the treatment of infant pneumonia, which is worthy of promotion.
