摘  要:为提高含氟聚丙烯酸酯(PFHI)涂层的防腐蚀性能,通过在PFHI溶液中添加石墨烯纳米片(GN),经滴涂并固化后得到了厚度约为180 nm的GN/PFHI复合材料涂层.考察了GN添加量对复合材料涂层表面性质和防腐蚀性能的影响.利用Tafel极化曲线和电化学交流阻抗(EIS)研究了复合材料涂层在ω(NaCl)=3.5%溶液中的电化学防腐蚀行为,并测试了复合材料涂层在人工汗液中的抗化学腐蚀性能.运用X光电子能谱(XPS)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、SEM、光学接触角(OCA)等手段对复合材料涂层进行表征.结果表明:剥离的GN可较好地分散在PFHI涂层中,少量GN的添加可大幅提高PFHI涂层的防腐蚀性能;m(GN)∶m(PFHI)为0.002∶1的复合材料涂层防腐蚀性能最好,电化学腐蚀防护效率达到99.90%.GN均匀地分散在PFHI中,阻隔了涂层中可能出现的腐蚀通道,提高了防腐蚀性能.石墨烯/含氟聚丙烯酸酯复合材料涂层的制备为开发高防腐蚀性能涂层提供了新思路.In order to improve the corrosion resistance of fluorinated polyacrylate polymer(PFHI)coatings,graphene nanosheet(GN)/(PFHI)composite coatings with thickness of 180 nm were prepared by incorporating graphene nanosheets(GN)into PFHI solution followed by dip-coating and thermal curing.The effect of the amount of GN on the surface properties and corrosion resistance of the composite coatings were investigated.The corrosion electrochemical behaviors of the GN/PFHI composite coatings inω(NaCl)=3.5%solution were investigated by Tafel curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The chemical corrosion resistance of the composite coatings was tested by soaping the coated carbon steel species in an artificial sweat.Various techniques such as X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),Raman spectroscopy,SEM,optical contact angle(OCA)were used to characterize the composite coatings.The results showed that the exfoliated GN could be well dispersed in the PFHI coatings and a small amount addition of GN could greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the PFHI coatings.The GN/PFHI with GN to PFHI of 0.002∶1 in mass ratio exhibited the best electrochemical corrosion resistance performance and achieved a protection efficiency of 99.90%.Graphene nanosheets were well dispersed in PFHI,cut off the possible corrosion tunnels and thus improved the corrosion resistance.The preparation of GN/PFHI composite coatings provided a new insight for the development of coatings with high corrosion resistance.
