摘 要:在铝酸镧(LaAlO_(3))斜切衬底上制备了Tl_(2)Ba_(2)CaCu_(2)O_(8)(Tl-2212)本征约瑟夫森结微桥,对其进行了输运特性研究。测试了样品在不同测量温度下的电流电压(I-V)曲线,结合模型仿真结果对临界电流特性进行了研究分析。利用低温扫描激光显微镜(LTSLM)初步探讨了Tl-2212本征结微桥的温度空间分布特性,观察到样品中出现热域并随着偏置电流的变化而变化。Intrinsic Josephson junctions microbridges were fabricated in Tl_(2)Ba_(2)CaCu_(2)O_(8)(Tl-2212) thin film on a misaligned LaAlO_(3) substrate and the transport characteristics of the sample were analyzed. The I-V curves of the sample were measured at different temperatures, and the critical current characteristics were studied based on the results of model simulation. The temperature spatial distribution characteristics of the sample were preliminarily explored by low temperature scanning laser microscope(LTSLM). Thermal domains were observed and it changed with the variation of bias current.
