摘  要:中国聚变工程试验堆CFETR(China Fusion Engineering Experimental Reactor)磁体系统中的环向磁场TF(Toroidal Field)导体,其铠甲采用外方内圆结构,服役条件恶劣,质量要求等级为一级。针对TF铠甲异型结构,开展超声相控阵仿真与实验研究。首先采用CIVA仿真软件中的超声模块对TF铠甲进行了声场模拟与缺陷检测,设计了四种不同类型的探头。探头中心频率为2.5和5 MHz,阵元数目分别为32和64。确定其聚焦法则,并对该聚焦法则下声场分布及人工反射体进行模拟仿真。根据仿真结果,采用ZETEC/TOPAZ64超声探伤仪对试块人工刻伤进行检测,缺陷检出率高,验证了CIVA仿真结果的有效性。TF conductor on the magnetic system of CFETR was equipped with round-in-square jacket, which could suffer from high electromagnetic force and severe thermal stress. And its quality requirement level was on the top class. Aiming at the TF jacket, ultrasonic phased array simulation and experiment were carried out. Four different type of probes were developed, including their focal laws. Central frequencies of probe were 2.5 and 5 MHz and the number of elements was 32 and 64 respectively. Simulation of distribution of acoustic pressure and artificial reflector was done under these focal laws. According to the simulation results, the artificial defects on the specimen were tested with the ZETEC/TOPAZ64 ultrasonic device, all the reference defects could be detected with the high signal-to-noise rate, which proved the effectivity of simulation results of CIVA.
