摘　　要：为了科学地进行中小学教师教学质量评价,依据模糊综合评价方法的原理和步骤,确定了多元化评价主体、构建了多级评价指标体系;以Excel为工具和载体,设计了简洁易用、保护严密的多类评价量表和调查问卷;建立了多层次的文件夹结构,便于评价结果文件的分类存放;设计了简明、规则的统计报表,有助于生成直观图表和撰写评价报告。以VBA为编程工具,全面设计并实现了评价结果的自动验证、保存和统计功能。经在四川南充市某中学试行,取得了令人满意的效果。In order to evaluate the teaching quality of primary and secondary school teachers scientifically,the evaluation subjects are confirmed and the multi-level evaluation index system are established according to the principles and procedures of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.By using Excel as a tool and a carrier,a simple and easy system which is closely guarded multi class evaluation scale and questionnaire is designed.A multi-level folder structure is established to facilitate the classification and storage of evaluation results documents.A concise and regular statistical report is designed to help to generate visual charts and write evaluation reports.Using VBA as a programming tool,the automatic verification,preservation and statistical functions of the evaluation results are designed and implemented.Experiments are carried out in a middle school of Nanchong,Sichuan,and satisfactory results are obtained.
