摘  要:汽油发动机驱动的小型车辆普遍通过减少汽油发动机的排量,以达到减少油耗和排放尾气的目的,但发动机排量减小后,发动机的输出功率大大下降,使得车辆在要求大功率输出如启动、加速时,表现出动力严重不足的情况。文章以某四缸小排量发动机为研究对象,在AMESim上搭建加载了辅助电机的电动复合涡轮增压系统模型,再与IFP Exhaust排放库进行联合仿真,对电动辅助涡轮增压系统和纯涡轮增压系统进行对比测试。测试表明,相对于纯涡轮增压系统,电动复合增压系统能有效削减涡轮增压滞后作用的影响,大幅提升发动机的动力输出,对车辆加速工况提升明显。Small vehicles driven by gasoline engines generally reduce fuel consumption and exhaust emissions by reducing the displacement of gasoline engines.However,when the engine displacement is reduced,the output power of the engine is greatly reduced,which makes the vehicle show a serious lack of power when high power output is required in such cases as starting and accelerating.Taking a four-cylinder small displacement engine as the research object,a model of electric combined turbocharging system loaded with auxiliary motor is built on AMESim.Then,through the joint simulation with IFP exhaust emission library,a comparative test is conducted between electric auxiliary turbocharging system and pure turbocharging system.The test results show that compared with the pure turbocharging system,the electric combined supercharging system can effectively alleviate the effects of turbocharging hysteresis,greatly enhance the power output of the engine,and significantly improve the acceleration of the vehicle.
