针孔法在济南地铁车站高压灌浆堵漏施工中的应用

摘　　要：为防止济南地铁车站高压灌浆出现泄漏的现象,将针孔法应用在高压灌浆堵漏施工中。本文首先简要分析地铁车站渗漏水的原因,其次,明确地铁车站高压灌浆堵漏的原理,最后,详细论述了针孔法的应用步骤,包括清理,钻孔布置,洗缝,埋嘴、固结灌浆,压水试验,灌浆堵漏后节点保护。In order to prevent the leakage of high-pressure grouting in Jinan subway station,the pinhole method was applied in the construction of high-pressure grouting.This first briefly analyzed the causes of water leakage in subway stations.Secondly,it clarified the principle of high-pressure grouting in subway stations.Finally,it discussed in detail the application steps of the pinhole method,including cleaning,drilling layout,seam washing,mouth burying,and consolidation grouting,water pressure test,node protection after grouting and plugging.
