摘 要:采用Fenton法对环己酮肟化废水进行预处理,通过单因素试验,研究了影响COD去除效果的几个因素,确定工艺参数以pH为3,FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O投加量为3 g/L,H_(2)O_(2)投加量为5 mL/L,反应时间为40 min最为适宜。在该工艺条件下,废水COD去除率可达20%~40%,B/C由原来的0提高到0.15~0.18。结果表明,环己酮肟化废水经Fenton法预处理后可生化性得到明显改善。Fenton oxidation as a pretreatment method was used to treat cyclohexanone oximation wastewater.The influence factors associated with the COD efficiency were studied through single factor experiment.The optimum parameters were obtained as follow:pH 3,FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O 3 g/L,H_(2)O_(2)5 mL/L and reaction time 40 min,and the COD removal rate were reached 20%to 40%,and the ratio B/C(BOD5/COD)was increased from 0 to 0.15~0.18.The results showed that the biodegradability of cyclohexanone oximation wastewater was improved obviously by Fenton oxidation method.
