摘 要:单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)可引起脑炎、口面部及生殖器感染等,发病率较高,且具有潜伏性。自噬是宿主抗HSV感染的重要机制之一。结合近年来国内外研究进展,从自噬的作用及与抗病毒的关系,自噬与HSV-1、HSV-2的相互作用等方面,阐述自噬在宿主细胞抗HSV感染中的作用,为HSV感染的相关研究和临床治疗提供参考。Herpes simplex virus(HSV)can cause encephalitis,orofacial and genital infection and other symptoms,with high incidence rate and latency.Autophagy is one of the important mechanisms of host resistance to HSV infection.Combined with the research progress at home and abroad in recent years,the role of autophagy in host cell resistance to HSV infection is elucidated,including the role of autophagy and its relationship with antiviral,the interaction between autophagy and HSV-1 or HSV-2,so as to provide reference for the research and clinical treatment of HSV infection.
