气虚型肝癌动物模型构建的思考

摘　　要：气虚型肝癌是机体以气虚为主,兼外邪内侵导致脏腑功能失调、气血运行不畅、毒瘀互结形成的癌变。在阐释传统中医和现代医学对肝癌的认识及其相关性的基础上,归纳气虚证动物模型(控制饮食法、中药泻下法、疲劳力竭法、复合法)和肝癌动物模型(自发性模型、诱发性模型、移植性模型、转基因模型)的造模方法,进一步探讨病证结合构建气虚型肝癌模型的方法,以期为该病的发病机制研究以及临床治疗提供实验依据。Qi-deficiency liver cancer is a kind of cancerous transformation,which is mainly caused by qi deficiency combined with external pathogen invasion,resulting in dysfunction of zang-fu viscera,stagnant movement of qi and blood,intermingled toxin and blood stasis.The understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine on liver cancer as well as their correlation are explained.On this basis,the modeling methods of animal model of qi deficiency syndrome and liver cancer are summarized,respectively.The modeling methods of animal model of qi deficiency syndrome include dietary intake control,Chinese medicine induced diarrhea,fatigue and exhaustion,and composite method.The modeling methods of animal model of liver cancer include spontaneous model,induced model,transplantable model and transgenic model.The methods of disease-syndrome combination model of qi-deficiency liver cancer are further discussed,so as to provide experimental basis for the pathogenesis research and clinical treatment of this disease.
