摘　　要：供应链运作参考模型由美国供应链委员会于1996年提出,并被公认为供应链管理的跨行业标准。随着数字经济的发展,该标准已不能满足数字化供应链管理的要求,其数字化版本——供应网络数字能力模型应运而生。文章通过剖析这一新一代供应链运作参考模型,包括基础数字供应网络、使能技术—数字主线和数字孪生、模型架构、基本原理和实例分析等,分析了当今供应链数字化变革的趋势以及如何利用供应网络数字能力模型来变革传统的供应链。Supply chain operation reference model(SCOR)was established by the American Supply Chain Association(SCC)in 1996,and it is recognized as the cross-industry standard of supply chain management.With the development of digital economy,the standard can no longer meet the requirements of digital supply chain management,so the digital version of the standard digital capabilities model(DCM)of digital supply network emerges in the digital age.This paper analyzes the new generation of digital supply chain operations reference model,including its basic digital supply network,enabling technology-digital supply chain thread and digital supply chain twin,model architecture,basic principles and examples,and points out the trend of supply chain digital transformation and how to use this DCM model to change the traditional supply chain.
