摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,关系物流作为企业的重要价值驱动因素,在提高处理绩效、降低物流成本、实现价值增值的过程中发挥了越来越重要的作用,因此关系物流也日益成为物流理论与实践关注重点之一。文章从关系物流的理论研究和实践发展入手,系统梳理并总结了当下国内外关于关系物流的相关研究成果。首先,系统阐述关系物流的定义和分类;其次,从不同的层面出发,总结并分析关系物流的评估模型方法;再次,概括关系物流相关信息共享与披露的现状、规范制度以及平台构建;最后,概括关系物流的主要作用并指出新时代关系物流的主要拓展方面。Since the 1990s,relationship logistics,as an important value driver of enterprises,has been playing an increasingly important role in the process of improving processing performance,reducing logistics costs,and realizing value appreciation.Therefore,relationship logistics has increasingly become one of the focuses of logistics theory and practice.Starting from the theoretical research and practical development of relationship logistics,this paper systematically summarizes the relevant research results of relationship logistics at home and abroad.Firsdy,the definition and classification of relational logistics are expounded systematically.Secondly,from different levels,this paper summarizes and analyzes the evaluation model method of relational logistics.Thirdly,this paper summarizes the status quo,standard system and platform construction of information sharing and disclosure related to relationship logistics.Finally,this paper summarizes the main role of relationship logistics and points out the main expansion of relationship logistics in the new era.
