摘　　要：介绍了通过喂丝设备将表面裹覆有一定厚度耐火层的纯Mg丝加入到铁液中生产球墨铸铁的喂丝球化处理工艺。详细阐述了采用该工艺进行生产试验的方法,结果表明:(1)采用纯Mg丝喂丝球化处理与采用高Mg包芯线、Mg芯包芯线相比,完全去除了外面包裹的一层钢带,不仅节约了成本,还简化了生产;(2)采用纯Mg丝喂丝球化处理,丝线加入量在0.12%以上,即可达到球化质量要求;(3)采用纯Mg丝喂丝球化处理,原铁液可放宽w(Si)、w(S)量的控制范围。To produce nodular iron,a feeding spheroidizing process of using pure Mg wire coated with a certain thickness of refractory layer into molten iron was introduced.The production test method using this process was described in detail.The test results showed that:(1)Compared with the use of high Mg cored wire and Mg cored wire,pure Mg wire had no wrapped layer of steel tape.It not only saved costs,but also simplified production.(2)Pure Mg wire was used to feed the spheroidizing process,and the amount of wire added was more than 0.12%,which could meet the spheroidizing quality requirements.(3)Using pure Mg wire feeding spheroidizing treatment,it could relax the control range of w(Si)and w(S)in raw iron.
