摘  要:介绍了中央空调压缩机吸气端盖铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件生产工艺的改进过程:设计合理的浇注系统,浇注时铁液尽可能快速充满型腔,尽可能降低底部、顶部的温度差。通过CAE软件模拟,对铸造工艺进行了改进:为解决冷冒口根部缩孔、缩松问题,在冷冒口上加了发热保温套。生产结果显示:(1)工艺改进后,浇注系统内浇道流速低,型腔快速充满,冒口加发热保温套后,解决了根部缩孔问题,铸件质量稳定;(2)超声波探伤显示,底部、顶部法兰处缩松较少,缺陷位于非关键区域,缺陷大小及位置稳定。The structure and technical requirement of air inhale end cover used for central air-conditioning unit were introduced,its casting method improving process was described in detail:design reasonable gating system,iron liquid fill the mold cavity as quickly as possible to reduce as possible the temperature difference between top and bottom mold cavity.Through CAE software simulation,the casting method was improved:in order to solve the shrinkage cavity and porosities problem in the riser bottom area,heat generating-insulating sleeve was set on the cold riser.The production result showed:(1)After casting method being improved,the iron liquid flowing velocity was slow,the mold cavity was filled quickly,after setting heat generating-insulating sleeve on the riser,the shrinkage problem at riser bottom was solved,the casting quality was stable.(2)UT inspection showed that shrinkage porosities at bottom and top flange of casting were less,the defect occurred in the non-critical area,the defect size and location was stable.
